Kissimmee, FL
RV Rental in Kissimmee, FL
Kissimmee puts you a short drive from Walt Disney World and the rest of the Orlando parks, which is why so many people rent an RV here instead of paying for a hotel. I have rented four over the years, one of them a genuine lemon, and learned to read the fine print on generator hours after a surprise charge. This list covers four rental companies with an average rating of 4.7, plus eleven more nearby.

What you can rent here
Three of the four companies on this list rent travel trailers, one rents a motorhome, and one offers a one-way option. That mix fits Kissimmee well. A trailer works if you are parking at a campground for a week and want the tow vehicle free for park days, while a motorhome suits people who plan to move around. Only one company delivers to you, so ask about delivery early if you have no way to tow. Trailers need a capable vehicle and a hitch, and not every rental includes the brake controller. Confirm that before you book.
The companies worth a look
Cruise America RV Rental and Sales has 476 reviews and a 4.3 rating, the biggest track record in town and a reasonable place to start if you want a known quantity. Rv Camper Rentals J & T Camper Rentals rates 4.8 across 38 reviews and delivers, which makes it the easy pick for a trailer dropped at your campsite. RV'S ADVENTURE FL, LLC holds a 5.0 from just 2 reviews, promising but thin. RV Rental Services rents motorhomes and has no rating yet, so ask questions and inspect before signing.
Fees that catch people out
Mileage and generator hours are the two lines I would read twice. Some rates include a daily generator allowance and charge per hour beyond it, which is how I got stung on a summer trip. Ask what the security deposit is, how long the hold stays on your card, and what insurance covers versus what your own auto policy might handle. Pet rules vary by company, not by city. One-way drop fees bite if you pick up in Kissimmee and leave the RV elsewhere. Kitchen and linen kits are often optional extras.

Questions people ask
How many RV rental companies are in Kissimmee?
There are 4 rental companies listed here, with 11 more nearby. Together they average 4.7 across reviews. Three rent travel trailers, one rents a motorhome, and one offers one-way rentals.
How many of them deliver the RV to me?
Just one of the four, Rv Camper Rentals J & T Camper Rentals, offers delivery. That matters if you do not have a vehicle set up to tow a trailer. Ask about the delivery radius and fee when you call.
Do I need to budget for generator fees?
Possibly. Some rentals include a daily generator allowance and bill you per hour after that. Ask before you book, and check the contract for the allowance. Mileage limits work the same way, so read both lines carefully.
What should I check before signing?
Confirm the security deposit amount and how long the card hold lasts. Ask what insurance covers and whether your own policy applies. Get pet rules in writing, and ask about one-way drop fees, kitchen and linen kits, and the brake controller if you are towing a trailer.
